Designed with moulded ergonomic handles, the Adidas Jump Rope’s ball-bearing mechanism creates a smooth and consistent rotation. Three metres long with a 4 mm cable, the rope provides an interesting alternative to traditional cardio whilst developing both fitness and coordination.
