CABLEAMI began in Kobe Japan in 2008 with a name inspired by the Alan Cable knitting pattern. "Ami" in Japanese means "knit” and in French, means "friend". Those two themes create the philosophy around the brand, interweaving good fit, unique design, and traditional-casual elements.
